Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called ‘cookies’ (see explanation below) and server logs to collect information about how our site is used. A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser’s preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.

Physical Product, Returns & Delivery Policy
Please read the following physical product, returns and delivery policy carefully.
As physical products are available through the SXCALA website, we have produced the following policy to govern the purchase, delivery and/or return of such products and your engagement with the SXCALA brand.
Physical products available through this website can and will at different times include apparel, accessories and vinyl records.
Product descriptions are provided to give informative information about our physical products. Whilst we have made every effort to accurately describe each product in a way which reflects the product accurately we cannot guarantee that the description provided will directly reflect each individuals exact experience or subjective judgement of the product when it is received.
All deliveries are processed from Manchester, United Kingdom – we have allocated a minimum 48 hour lead time for processing any/all orders through the SXCALA website in order to provide a consistent and reliable delivery service. In most instances, deliveries will be sent directly via Royal Mail within 3-5 business days and should arrive within no more than 14 business days from the date of dispatch.
Note: in some rural/remote locations delivery may take long and/or be less reliable.
Delivery pricing is calculated based on a standard flat rate at checkout and varies based on location, we have done our best to ensure that the shipping costs for most of the world’s locations are pre-calculated, if however you get to the checkout phase of your order and you are unable to discern your shipping cost, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Likewise if you have any other delivery related queries, please contact us at email@example.com.
Refunds & Returns:
Due to the boutique nature of the SXCALA project, we apologise that we are currently unable to offer refunds or returns for our physical products. In some rare instances, where your products have arrived either damaged or where the products in your delivery are incorrect, we may offer an exchange or a replacement on a case by case basis.
If you have any questions regarding these policies, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
